Copywriting is a custom digital service. Our refund terms reflect this reality.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we send the project intake form, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
After work begins
Once the intake form has been sent and acknowledged, or once research or writing has started, we cannot issue a full refund. In exceptional cases a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Completed deliverables
No refund is available for completed deliverables. If you are unsatisfied, the revision process is the appropriate next step.
Rush add-on
The rush delivery fee is non-refundable once expedited work has begun.
